Invest for yourself and anyone under 18 with custodial accounts
Starting early helps you save more for their future, unlocking new opportunities and learning about business, investing and financial topics. When a dollar is not spent, it's saved and a dollar today can be $10 tomorrow!

Our individual accounts let you invest for yourself, while a Loved custodial accounts lets you invest for anyone under 18, giving them a little nest egg for the future.

Commission-free
It won't cost you a thing - completely free, no subscription, brokerage or commissions.

Fractional investing
This means you get to buy as little as $5 of different stocks that you'd otherwise need a large amount of cash for, like Amazon, Google, Berkshire Hathaway and many others.

Build their portfolio
You can start by building a portfolio of kids' favorite companies, investing themes and low-cost funds that reflect their future. Make investments they relate to into things they love with their own portfolio that grows with them. Choose from investments like Innovate the Future, Learn from Buffett or Girls Conquering, or invest into companies like Apple, Facebook and Amazon.

Invest with Goals
Use Goals to create a special fund for something in the future - like a first car, travel or college fund - and invest automatically to achieve them. You can achieve it all with Loved.

Educate to unlock financial opportunity
Build kids' education for their financial wellness and security. Help them understand investing and about the companies, industries and success stories behind the investments. Give them a head start towards their dreams and ambitions for the future.

Help kids become entrepreneurs
Encourage kids to do their chores, earn money and then invest this, and their allowance, into companies and industries for their future.

Security
Utilizing industry standard encryption, Loved keeps your information safe and secure.

Enjoying it so far!

I have a custodial account set up for my sister and I intend to gift her the money I’ve saved for her high school graduation. I’ve just set up an individual account for myself as well. Loved doesn’t have the smoothest interface and transactions take an awfully long time, but I like their portfolios on offer and am hoping that they’ll bring success!

Where are the small stocks?

This app doesn’t make sense for young users if there isn’t small companies to learn how to invest in. When the lowest single stock option is $25share it’s not helpful to teach young adults how to invest realistically. Robinhood is better, I’m sure they will have a custodial account soon. Don’t waste your time.

Update: I received a response from the developer. Great 5$ stocks exist! Still too high a cost for teaching a child to invest. Your stocks/fund options are too large for kids to play and learn and make mistakes with. I would like to show them how to invest 10 dollars across multiple companies. Sorry guys my kid was really discouraged with your app. He is smart enough and quick enough to like Robinhood. We will use his money on my account until a custodial or attached account exists.

Developer Response ,

Loved offers fractional investing so you can invest as little as $5 into any of the stocks or funds we offer.

We will soon be reducing our minimum investment to just $1 so you can buy 5-10 stocks with $5 or $10!

We hope this helps cater for your use case with your children, along with many other children, as we build a pathway to financial success.

Money Stolen

Can’t back out of buys or future scheduled buys. Owner said the transaction couldn’t be reversed, even though it was outside of “their” trading window. I wasn’t allowed to back out of future scheduled transactions, so I requested my account to be closed and I had to notify my bank to stop all transactions from their clearing firm. While I was waiting for my requested money back, owner, who is support, informed me that I didn’t have any money in my account because the clearing company charged me in multiple fees since they couldn’t process my schedule transactions in the subsequent month. They said they’d give me my money but it’s been ~3 months and still haven’t gotten anything. Apple should remove this from the App Store.

Developer Response ,

Hi there

We’re sorry to hear about this poor experience. We certainly have no intention and would never steal money. We’re here to do what’s best by having kids learn about money and investing. Bank charges can be annoying and if you cancel a transaction then these will be passed through our system.

If you could reach out to us at founders@loved.com we’d really love to get this cleared up for you.
