Hi, we’re David and Tamara, founders of Loving Meditations. We know how you feel because we’ve been there, too. In 2013, David was diagnosed with stage-4 cancer and Tamara became a first-time caregiver. We were terrified and felt completely in over our heads. However, it was practicing meditation and self-care techniques that helped us get through it all. And, we’re happy to report that David is now a survivor!

Use Loving Meditations programs everyday, at home or in healthcare facilities, and discover profound self-care as you become an active participant in your cancer journey. Loving Meditations was founded by Tamara J. Green, LCSW and David Dachinger. Tamara is an author, psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and meditation facilitator. David is an author, 2x Grammy® nominated engineer, composer and stage-4 cancer survivor. As a caregiver and patient they lived through cancer diagnosis and treatment including scans, radiation, chemotherapy and surgery. Their journey led them to discover growing scientific research* demonstrating how meditation and the mind-body connection can help reduce fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, pain and fear for patients, survivors and caregivers.

This will be so beneficial for cancer patients!

I work for an oncology home care agency and the app creators have been so helpful in recommending the best meditations for our patients, whether it’s for nausea, pain, sleep issues, and other difficulties that come with a cancer diagnosis and treatment. But providing so many mindfulness meditations to relieve the stress, anxiety, sense of loss of identity, and isolation that patients feel has been the greatest benefit of this. When you don’t know how to help or what to say to a friend or family member who has been diagnosed, this would be a wonderful gift to give them!

Of great Help!

I started using Loving Meditations today, after many years of using other platforms. The quality of the sound and of the images is outstanding. Tamara Green's voice is so calming and soothing, that one changes its state of stress immediately after starting to listen to the Meditation. I am completely impressed about what Tamara and David Dachinger are accomplishing in one's body and mind with their Loving Meditations. Thank you so much for caring the ones that most need it.

Instant calm, peace that also stayed with me

The soothing guiding voices, music, imagery, and special vocals of these meditations and offerings instantly take me out of my own troubles and into a peaceful, even exhilarated state. I resonate with this app especially because the creators “walk the walk” and know how hard things can be navigating a broken life, or what seems broken or challenging. I recommend for everybody as well- everyone will benefit from the content.
