It’s trash
I’ve been trying to book an appointment for the past 2 days on here and it keeps crashing, even called the spot to inform them and tried to make an appointment and all I got was “you have to make an appointment on the app or you come in to see what’s going on with your app” like, what! Make it make sense. The furthest I’ve gotten on this app is putting my pets info before it crashes. Please fix it and when people call to inform you about it, don’t send people to the app when it’s not working. If I can give it 0 stars, I would. Do better
Useless app
After signing in and creating an account, I wasn’t able to log in after my first appointment. In top of that the appointment was only to hold my spot to just make another appointment for the actual service, ok cool. You would think you can do all off this in the app but no. The app is supposed to show your pets record but none was found and the app just deleted my account. Again useless app if it can’t do any of this things the app says.
Please fix this trash app
This app is unusable. I literally tried over FORTY times to book an appt and it crashed. They blamed me and my phone. They said I have to go to the vet mobile so they can check. Idk what they’re checking. It literally doesn’t work. Please fix it. Please please please fix it. It’s useless.
