Life saver

I am a college student, and selecting specific foods has been really difficult for me. But with this I can knockout my grocery list in a minute.

Difficult to use.

This was difficult to use for anything other than a FODMAP food list. The Diary feature would not save my selections. The date for that feature was off by about 2 months but I was not able to update it to the current date. You have to purchase the Analysis function and although the cost is nominal, if it does not function any better than the diary feature, I’m not sure I would bother. Great ideas in theory but IMHO, needs work.

I regret that you couldn't save your Diary. This bug was fixed in version 1.1.

Add notes on symptoms?

I used and love Cara, made tremendous progress but have been stalked, abused and had my partner's ex engage in domestic violence against me for 6 months. (DV- we had been friends) My conclusions were wiped from memory and I feel like I need a different choice while this is happening. This Fodmap looks like a decent choice, although fairly minimalist
