Pretty useless
So far the klunky old online system that was not user friendly and not mobile friendly is better than this by leaps and bounds. You can add requests, but you cannot follow your own request. It’s there, but you can’t see the details, you can’t see any photos that you uploaded, you can only see if it’s open or closed. Really unhelpful. It’s cute to look at, but that’s about all it has going for it. When you look up your profile, all you get is your name and email. No list of requests, no nuthin’. It’s great that the city is trying to modernize, but this is not the way to do it.
