Won’t open after update.

Was overall, satisfied with app. Until it updated last night. Now when I try to open the app, it says I have to update before I can use. Won’t let me access. Takes me to App Store to update something that’s already updated! Vicious circle.

No good! Can't open app after last update!

I just tried to open the app on my iphone 13 pro max and got a popup saying I can't use the app until I updatee and was instructed to press the OK on the popup. When I pressed OK it brought me to the App Store but there were no updates in the App Store! It just says Open. So now I am in a loop that is preventing me from opening the app. This company has just purchased my former stock broker company and I am incredibly disappointed in these new owners and this terrible app! Not only is the app awful, I get incessant US mail from these people. 18 letters in three days and there is no section in the app where I can change it to say receive email only. Or, I should say, when I was actually able to open the app, there is no place to change snail mail to email! This is just a terrible company with a terrible app and I wish I could do something to make it better but not possible. I hope the developers will at least fix the app so I can login. I have already rebooted my phone, removed and reinstalled the app, and still unable to login until I update the app which does not have an update available! I will change my review if these issues get fixed but right now it is less than zero.

Sad, bordering on embarrassing.

The design of the app is atrocious and all the bugs make me want to go back to the old 10 year old web site. It was ugly but at least the data made sense. How can a financial institution draw a chart where each tick mark on Y axis has the same value (e.g. 1M)? In what world is that intuitive or informative? Also all my historical data is messed up. Finally, the FacedID button at login is not clickable and perpetual MFA does not allow me to remember my device! If I did not have a good relationship with my planner, I would be dumping this platform. Hire a decent designer to revamp this monstrosity and please fix the bugs!
