Bad design
First thing is I can’t find my statements. Where are they?! There a lot of older customers. This bank is the only one they have ever had. So with that in mind. Why would you make it hard for older people to understand and find things?!
I hate the new app. Definitely thinking about switching banks.
Check deposit
I tried depositing a perfectly good check and they rejected it without at least telling me why
