Description
This app serves as a “pocket guide” or tool for professionals certified in the skills of Life Space Crisis Intervention (LSCI). The LSCI training is quite extensive and complex. Certified professionals need to put their skills into practice during times of crisis and high emotion. This app provides professionals with an easy reference tool to help them recall and implement their skills.
The app will open with a home screen that has the same look and feel of the recently
redesigned LSCI Website. The home screen will feature limited text (a few sentences)
with a welcome and describes the app’s purpose.
The app will have a menu with five main areas.
Each of these areas will have simple lists of helpful phrases or questions to help
students calm down, a checklist of questions to ask kids after a crisis, etc.
There are also links to refer back to the LSCI website.
