Love the bags warranty process difficult
I love lug, but when I went to submit a warranty for a broken zipper, I found it so tedious and difficult I gave up, but I will continue to buy these bags because I think it’s rare that anything goes wrong with them well-made, adorable, cute functional love them so much!
Lug Life
Every item that i have bought was not only in high quality but i didnt feel like i had to keep it from rain or mud. You just have to find the right item for you. I bought one for my sister and she loves the lug crossbody. So excited to see whats in the surprise box!
Where have you been all my life!?
I bought a Lug purse at Kohl’s several years ago! Carried it for almost 3 years and looked and looked for another. Love that I can wash it on gentle and it looks like new! Just bought two more online. The design is brilliant. I get so many compliments! Thank you!!
