Lumin PDF 4+

This app has caused me so much frustration and tears. I’m using this on a mobile device and was hoping for an alternative to printing and filling out pages. Every time I try to save a PDF, my editing, gone. I only did a few sentences so I wouldn’t waste all my time just trying to figure it out. When I save the PDF, the preview just shows the page without any edits, and when I go to the Drive to see if it was just a preview issue, it wasn’t. I also can’t even use the “Open In” feature in Google Drive, I have to save my PDFs to Cloud in order to view them. Wish there were instructions, the website didn’t even help...

I extremely like Lumin PDF for many reasons. The first one is because of saving time, the second one is easy to use and the last one is for the effective that it brings to me. Good suggestion for other users.

The home screen when opening the app was blank. I couldn’t upload any docs from Dropbox , drive or my files. I couldn’t do anything at all besides attempt to sign out, upon which all the options to upload would come up behind the sign out menu. Even after trying multiple times, nothing ever uploaded.

What worries me is that I can’t sign out even when trying repeatedly. I don’t grant Lumin to keep me logged in because I don’t want any involuntary access given to any of my files but how can I be sure of this when I can’t even sign out?

I’ve used lumin on a pc before and it worked well enough. This app needs a lot of help.

Lumin PDF implements role-based access control in an effort to make security our priority, so you will sometimes be asked for permission to access files. Accessing certain files is also dependent on who the creator is and whether they have shared it with your group.
