Lungs Saver is a pocket breath recovery system, providing a complex of breathing exercises. Lungs Saver is a personal assistant that curates breath impairment recovery.
Lungs Saver is a set of simple steps to restore the respiratory system. We provide a complex of nine breathing exercises of various difficulty levels. Every exercise includes detailed guidance, static and interactive tutorials to help you do the exercises correctly. Our app lets you regulate the number of repetitions and the duration of exercises depending on the chosen level of training. Lung Saver ensures comprehensive understanding of the types of muscle groups involved in each exercise. The application can be used as a tool to restore the respiratory system or to maintain body tone.
