Great tool
If you’re planning to ski at Lutsen, this is a great tool to use! Snow updates, lift closures and weather related notifications are great for the skier and the support team!

Needs major improvement - not a good on-mountain tool
Was at Lutsen Resort today and the app just didn’t help my experience at all. It’s data is not current (stated season snowfall at 150” and 30” base) and this was not even close, as Lutsen is pretty much brown right now beyond the ski hills. The resort maps were not very interactive and most certainly did not have the ability to show skiers which runs were open vs which runs were not. It also didn’t show lift status for any of the lifts. And there’s no interactivity with IndyPass, which much I’m hoping gets changed in the future.
It’s certainly not the worst ski resort app I’ve ever used, but its abilities are nowhere close to apps for other major resorts across the USA (and yes, I’d consider Lutsen a major resort given its size, gondola and high speed lifts). I hope improvements are in the works!
It’s not very useful
I can’t find anywhere in the app to show what runs are open or what lifts are running? That’s one of the main reasons I downloaded it.
