The LUX* Experience App is your dedicated digital concierge where you can explore the world of LUX* and learn how we’ve rethought luxury travel for a truly unique getaway. Guests can tailor their stay, review and register for activities, get familiar with our many restaurants and bars, preview our extensive wellness facilities and much more. Once you arrive, the app also serves as your digital room key and has a host of other functions designed to make the most of your time with us.

Doesn’t work
I don’t understand the point of this app. It won’t let me see anything. Try to look at menus it times out. I see no activities.
I tried to “log in” and it won’t except my confirmation number. Seems pointless pre arrival and yet the description makes it sound like you can use it for pre planning. Is that no true? Is it only useful once you are checked in for your stay?
