Never leads me astray - the BEST
I love LUXE guides and I've dutifully been using them for a decade. They've never let me down yet! I still think about this tiny shop in Dubai off the beaten path where I bought the most gorgeous silk tunics....sigh.
The app is even better since you can make itineraries and lists and keep it all sorted on your mobile phone. I just came from Milan and used the LUXE guide...the bar and restaurants and things to do where all on point. Sometimes the app isn't correct about the neighborhood (Gino Sorbillo restaurant was absolutely NOT in the Duomo neighborhood) so make sure to double check locations on Google Maps or a similar app. Otherwise I'm thrilled with LUXE on my mobile!
Have trusted Luxe for 15+ years of travel
As much as I like real books and paper, the app is even easier to use than the original Luxe foldable guides. Can always depend on the quality and number of ideas given. Trust!
Updates
Doesn’t seem like they are keeping these guides current, some restaurants and bars have a lot negative reviews on tripadvisor and some bars are completely closed out of business. Might be good to cross reference but perhaps Luxe is only advertising businesses that pay them to promote those businesses which would be a real disappointment. Further, I have bought several of these guides yet they have an update or when you try to restore your purchase you still cannot get access to a guide previously purchased that isn’t right because the consumer has already purchased it - so clearly they are just charging twice - they need to fix this or be more transparent in their costs if they are charging you multiple times for the same application- I feel ripped off.
