L’application mobile Lydec 7/24 fait peau neuve évolue et m’offre encore plus de fonctionnalités digitales pour une meilleure expérience utilisateur.
J’accède rapidement à toutes mes informations et aux e-services proposés :
1. Je consulte mon Tableau de Bord qui regroupe mes contrats et mes factures, je règle mes impayés ou celle d’un tiers, je suis mes consommations en valeur et en volume ;
2. Je bénéficie des e-Services (e-Raccordement, e-Abonnement et e-Résiliation) et suis à distance et en temps réel leur processus de traitement en Back Office ;
3. Je bénéficie des conseils pour la gestion optimale de mes consommations ;
4. Je dépose mes demandes (évènement, incident, réclamation…) et suis à distance les étapes de leur traitement ;
5. Je contacte mon conseiller en entrant en contact avec en appelant le Centre de Relation Clientèle au : 0522 31 20 20.

Years ago I used to be able to pay my bills using my international credit cards but then all of sudden Lydec stopped it and only allowed Moroccan cards to be used.
I don’t understand why a mega company such as la Lydec would do that!!

Dear Customer,
Cards issued by out of Moroccan banks are unfortunately not permitted. This option has been discontinued after some fraud issues. We are working closely with relevant institutions to permit then again.
