Fantastic app and service
We traveled in the Czech Republic for five days and took the train three times. The app is easy to use and mostly straightforward in English; the only downside is sometimes too much information! We were bicycling and I could easily check the location of the stations on our route, which trains arriving would go our direction, their arrival times, and then purchase tickets including Bike passes. This app made my trip fantastic.
Proč už nejde kupovat lístky?
Jediná funkce téhle aplikace je přece prodej lístků. Proč proboha byla tato funkce odstraněna?!
FRAUD **** FRAUD
This is a fraud app. every single ticket I purchased from them turn out not to be what they claimed.
They sold me a 1st class ticket from Budapest to Vienna on an over sold train that didn't have first class car. There was no seat for me to sit for over 3 hours of ride with no AC in 95 degrees in August 22, 2023. I am 64 diabetic and got sick. This has to stop.
