Merchants and Planters Bank Go Mobile is a FREE mobile banking solution that enables bank customers to use their mobile device to initiate routine transactions and view their most recent account information anytime from anywhere. Customers can view account balances and transaction history, view check images, and view account alerts. Customers may also add one-time transfers between M&P accounts or use Bill Pay to set up payees and schedule one-time or recurring bill payments. Go Mobile Deposit is available and is subject to approval.
Go Mobile supports the following account types: checking, savings, money markets, CDs, IRAs, and loans.
**Prior to using Merchants and Planters' Go Mobile, you MUST first have an open, active NetTeller Online Banking account. If you do not currently have NetTeller Online Banking, you may enroll online at www.mandp.bank or in person at the branch location nearest to you. Once a NetTeller account has been established, you may log in to NetTeller and/or Go Mobile. For any questions regarding NetTeller or Go Mobile, you may contact us during normal business hours at (870)523-3601.
**Although there is no fee from Merchants and Planters Bank to use Go Mobile Banking, connectivity and usage rates may apply. Please contact your wireless service provider for more details.

The only bad thing about this app is its out dated it's a good app but it's dated it needs a makeover
Great app but needs improving
Love the Merchants and Planters Bank app! However, there’s some bug issues that needs to be corrected.
1) When you try to login through the app, it has been showing “user blocked” but when you login from the browser, there would be no issues.
2) Half of the time the fingerprint I’ve saved for my login doesn’t always save. I’ve had to go back through the settings and reset my fingerprint because it won’t pick it up when I first open the app. That is a hassle when you have to go to settings and enter your credentials just to add a fingerprint that should already be saved.
Something that would help:
1) Mobile Check Deposit! I can think of several times I’ve had to makes plans to go to the bank and Deposit my Check. I would love to see Mobile Check Deposit implemented with the app so I wouldn’t have to keep coming to the bank, all the time. However, every time I walk in, the employees are great!(very recommended Bank).
2) I would also like to see a location on the app where I can see my loan balance. I’m always needing to know how close I’m getting to paying off my loan and I don’t see that option, even on the website. Also, I would like to pay loan balances through the app as well. Sometimes, I want to pay more money to get that amount low and with my automatic draft, I can not do that.
