The new M-PESA App makes it easier to transact on M-PESA.
The new app enables you to view your M-PESA balance in the home screen, Favorites lets you save your most frequently used features so that they're just a click away. Frequently used contacts and till numbers are automatically displayed so that you can quickly find them to send money or make payments.
· Biometrics
Login to the myM-PESA app conveniently and authenticate payments by scanning your fingerprint or face ID.
· Send money easily
Send money by scanning a QR code, searching your phonebook or selecting from your frequent M-PESA contacts. You can also add contacts to your favorites list so you don't have to search every time.
· Pay Bills
Pay your bills easier by selecting from the popular M-PESA bills, scanning a QR code or by selecting from one of your favorite or frequent bills
· Buy Goods and services
Pay for your goods and services by manually inserting the till number, scanning a QR code or by selecting one of your favorite and frequent used tills.
· Pay to Phone Number
This is a new payment service that allows customers to pay small businesses for their goods and services
· Withdraw
Withdraw money from your M-PESA at any agent or at selected bank ATMs
· Buy Airtime
Buy airtime conveniently with M-PESA for yourself or for your family and friends

Registering mpesa app while overseas
Safaricom has the best services and by far i have been a loyal client from very long time my issue is that its almost impossible to install mpesa app while overseas and use it .The reason its because you must you your sim card data before using wifi of which we understand it protects customers from froud. But with all this technology? There must be a way that this can be made possible .Help those of us that cant use this app while abroad . Regard

The mpesa app has made my life really easy while traveling overseas. I have an e-sim which was giving me some challenges and consuming a lot of money for a single mpesa transaction. I could not even load airtime without spending lots of money. I contacted a friend who raised my case with safaricom customer service. They swiftly helped me by advising me on how to load the mpesa app even though I was using an esim. Now I can do my mpesa transactions on wifi without paying roaming charges!
Good customer service
Best app to send money home. From the comfort of your phone. Please tell Safari com and all the other tel companies not to complicate telephone services for customers who like to keep a local number while abroad. We add service monthly and we don’t use the phones. The lines are registered during SIM card registration why start asking people to register again. Tell them not to mess our M-PESA app service.
