M1 has completely transformed the way I work on the phone. Before discovering this app, I struggled to take notes during calls, often missing key details while trying to write things down. Are there issues with M1? Well, sure there are. But during my time with M1’s Bobby, he proactively identified a few bugs I’d noticed but hadn’t even mentioned, and he flagged them for the M1 Team to address. Unbelievable service!

PREVIOUSLY: every time i enter my phone number i get an error and i cannot contact any support ⭐️

UPDATE: After writing the above review, the company reached out to me and helped me resolve the error. Since then, I have used M1 for over a month. At first, I was just testing the features as a tech enthusiast, but during that time I was hired as an administrative assistant and suddenly needed a work line. The switch is SEAMLESS. Today alone, M1 paid for itself by saving me a ton of time at work. There was a scheduling error that could have caused chaos at my new job, but because I had M1 to reference, I knew exactly what had actually been agreed to. I was able to verify the schedule and correct misunderstandings. That is a huge win. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best phone app

This is the best phone app out there on the market. The founders are so responsive and always looking to improve anything they can. I love the AI features that can transcribe the call, set reminders, and give me a summary I can send to myself or the recipient. This is a game changer and a must-have for anyone who is in business that needs a second number and ability to record and analyze calls and keep detailed records!
