summarizing phone calls and voice notes
This is a must have for people who use phone and text for work. I love the summaries they produce automatically which I can use for meeting notes.
Cool app but lots of stupid decisions
I really like the AI features for calling but this app has lots of very questionable UI/UX decisions.
- There's a "Join Waitlist" button that changes colors when pressed and does nothing else
- In a text thread all messages appear on the left side, including your own, which is unlike every other messaging app
- There's no way to enter numbers while on a call
- Messages are archived instead of deleted but there no clear way to view archived messages
- Sending a text to a new phone number is done from the dialer, not the messages tab
- The delete account button is in the main menu instead of hidden from accidental taps in a sub menu
- To view your contacts in the app you must allow them to be uploaded to M1's servers with no clear opt out option to simply display local contacts
I wish the trial was longer than 3 days to properly evaluate the service as it's not worth paying for in its current state, in my opinion.

I’m now using this app as my main business line. Love the transcripts & search on calls
