Not open in iPhone 4

In my apple iPhone 4, this App not open in past few days ? Any one face same problem ?

Constant updates to the app based on feedback, keep it up. Getting better day by day

Scrolling issues

Still experiencing issues. Not able to scroll through fully to read all news information on some of the news feeds. Frustrating!
