Mabuhay Miles 4+

It was nice to be able to see the amount of miles I had, but I am unable to redeem the miles. Nice to look at, but not a productive site. I would think that Philippine Airlines would have a link so that we could try to book flights by redeeming miles or booking a flight and redeeming miles for upgrades. Whenever I call Philippine Airlines to redeem miles for upgrades, they are usually unavailable. How about showing dates that are available?

It is so difficult to navigate in terms of login. Trying to retrieve my account on the app but it was so hard to get through. Changing the password was extremely difficult through the app cos it wont send a link to my registered email. Instead, it diverted me to the PAL website and was ask to answer the security question. I tried putting my mother’s maiden name and was not accepted. Im pretty sure my mother’s maiden didnt change at all. I tried to reset my security question and it was so difficult to do so to the point that I gave it. It was very difficult and frustrating to navigate.

I have been dealing with this problem for the past 3 years now. Everytime, I cannot login to my account. It will not recognize my card number or my password. I did password change Several times and change the email, still unsuccessful. Also, contacted Customer Service but was told to change in the Main office! How realistic is that...to visit an office in Manila? This does not happen with other airline website.
