When is the 4.2.2 update available for this?
This site says "still awaiting approval from Apple" for the newest version, yet the MacPilot website is offering it for download. However, when I try to download the upgrade, they want me to pay for it. So is this a bait and switch deal going on here? Just askin?

DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR $'S. You WILL NOT receive a license key, activation depends on your email, which will probably NOT be transmitted., rendering it worthless. DO NOT Purchase this crap!
Ug. Just wasted some money. No option to rebuild the open with menu or context menu.
I am amazed. The documentation is non existent and some seeming basic options are not here. If I still have to open up terminal for things like rebuilding the "open with" menu and context menu, then this is a fail, and a waste of money. Does the update everyone is waiting for has these options or not? I wouldn't know because there is no documentation.
