MadFit is a revolutionary app to help you achieve your fitness goals anywhere, anytime. Fitness trainer Maddie Lymburner will personally guide you through unique workouts designed to get you results, directly on your phone. MadFit app also provides customized nutrition planning based on your fitness goals.

The MadFit app is suited for beginners who are new to fitness, as well as experienced individuals. The customized training programs on our app are world-class and specially designed to meet your physical as well as nutritional health requirements.


Renowned Fitness Trainer Maddie Lymburner will guide you through the workout programs within the app. The app is exclusively designed to get results and each exercise is carefully curated by Maddie.

A 12 week program designed to tone and define, build strength, and lose weight. Each day of the program is designed to target a different area of the body (upper body, lower body, full body, abs, etc). The only equipment needed is a set of dumbbells, booty band, and a chair.

An 8 week program designed to sculpt a dancer body. This program focuses on developing long and lean muscle while also working on mobility and flexibility. Classes include: core sculpt, barre, conditioning, full body sculpt, and a long and lean stretch.

Each workout in the app provides the approximate amount of calories burned, and the time it takes to complete the workout.

Each Workout Program is carefully curated and designed to help you meet your fitness goals. There is optimal rest time included in each program between different exercises.

Inside each workout there are video and audio cues to guide you. Each exercise provides a detailed description on how to properly perform the exercise.

Easily track your food and water intake with MadFit’s unique food point system and recipe library of over 200 recipes. This app focuses on eating a varied and balanced diet that is customized to your fitness goals. Easily filter recipes by choosing your diet type (standard, keto, vegan, vegetarian, etc).

Keep a track of your weight and height, as well as your bust, hips, waist, and thighs, and compare your measurements over time on an easy to read chart.

Add your progress photos or photos that inspire or motivate you to meet your personal fitness goals and easily store them inside the app.

Sync with Apple Music and listen to music while exercising. The MadFit app also syncs with your calendar, the Health app, and Siri.
Madfit uses HealthKit to export your activities into the Health app, to read your heart rate and biometric data.

Introducing the new Madfit Real Time section! This feature will be focused on full length, real time, follow along, workouts. Maddie (MadFit) will lead you through the entirety of your workout, giving you tips and motivation along the way. New workouts will be added every week so you will always have something fresh to challenge you and keep you motivated. You can expect workouts that focus on all areas. We’ve got you covered from fun dance workouts, pilates, HIIT, and even strength based workouts. Get moving today with or without a gym!

Best fitness app

Currently on day 7 of my trial and I’ve lost 6 pounds. I’ve lost 1/2 inch in my waist and 1 inch in my hips. I’ve struggled to find an app with workouts that I don’t get bored of. Definitely going to recommend this to everyone. I love that you can have take progress pics and keep track of your measurements and weight daily. Can’t wait to see where I am even a month from now since I already am getting results!

Amazing app, great potential!

This is an awesome, unique app that I’m excited to use. On the plus side, I love the feature of being able to listen to my own music while doing the workouts, and how it shows you how to do each exercise. I also like that you have the option to skip exercises or rests if you want. And using points instead of calorie counting for meals is so unique and user friendly! On the downside, I have had a few bugs with it, including the weight goal I’ve set changing on its own, and the half-off lifetime subscription deal not working, which is disappointing, especially considering how expensive it is. I also wish there was a way to just type weight and measurements in instead of having to tap the plus button a million times to get to the number you want, but I bet that’ll get fixed soon. Overall, I think this app has a little ways to go before I’ll be completely satisfied with it, but for me the pros definitely outweigh the cons and I’m excited to see where it will go.

I really do like the workouts in this app! The workouts are great and this is the only program I’ve made it two weeks into. However, my app will not progress to week 3! I started November 3 and have been keeping up. I’ve updated the app and logged out/logged in. All the previous workouts are gray. I reached out to all support and they told me the new week starts Monday, which is when week 3 was supposed to load. I will try and be patient but this is such a mental setback. Design the app so that each week automatically unlocks when all the previous workouts show competed in the app. Additionally, your account doesn’t sync to multiple devices which I found out the hard way.

The lastest updates appeared to have corrected the issue with the workouts not progressing to the next week. I think I will stick with this app for awhile and I’m sure the more popular the app becomes, the more improvements will be made!
