I purchased the highest paid package from MagicBricks to sell my property, expecting better visibility and genuine inquiries. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.Despite paying for their “best” package, I received only a couple of inquiries — and those were not even serious or relevant buyers. There was absolutely no noticeable improvement in visibility or quality of leads compared to free listings.I strongly advise others not to waste their hard-earned money on their paid packages or promotional offerings. It did not deliver what was promised and was a complete waste of money.

NRIs do not use this company for any kind of property services. I signed up for their Titanium package for renting my property. I got a WhatsApp message about the sale of my flat. When I checked the website, I saw two listings for my flat - one for rent and another for sale to my surprise. The titanium package included a photo shoot. When I tried to schedule one, I got a message not doable. Upon enquiry I was told that the flat is outside the city limits. Why was this not mentioned? If I knew this I would have never signed up with these crooks. When you request a call back, they never call you back! If possible I would have given a negative rating to this company!

Worst app ever - full of bugs. When you try to browse listings on their websites, it force you to download the app. And then in the app, it won’t show you the pictures till you sign up with an email id and phone number. But you can’t register with a foreign phone number. Do these guys even want to sell the property on their website or not? Looks like they are only interested in collecting your email and phone number to harass you! What a waste of time. Avoid! First fix the app before forcing people to give away their email address and phone number - may be then people won’t mind sharing.

Have been using this app since a week and I found it very useful. Easier to use than the website itself because you can directly click on call button to have a chat with the person who posted the property ad. I am loving it.

It’s one of the worst app ever. They take the payment without any issues and after making the payment I cannot even use the app. There is literally no customer service. It keeps saying unless I enter OTP I cannot do anything in the app, if that is the case even the payment should have been taken after verification of OTP. The problem I have is I never get OTP, nether to my phone number nor my email ID. I’m from US so I don’t have option to even call them.

I'm happy to search last week added properties.It would be good if we are allowed to add some notes. Imagine while searching a property after speaking to owner or seller if we want to make a note then . So pls come up with a feature so that user can add some notes on each property.
