Poorly documented and marginal utility

I purchased this program with the goal to migrate from Apple Mail 12.2 to Outlook for Mac v. 16.21. I should have been more careful because I found that the program looked nothing like the representation in the video tutorial. There were no up to date instructions. My objective was to do a direct transfer, but I found instead that I had to first use the export option in Apple Mail to produce mbox files, and then import those to Outlook. I would have expected some logging of the transfer but there is no permanent record produced. In the end, it seems like the transfer process was only partial. Lot of time spent, and no confidence in the results. I have learned subsequently that part of the problem may be due to an incompatibility with the Mac Mojave OS. In the end, I found that there are much better products available, with better documentation, logging, and a direct transfer from Apple Mail v6 database to the a pst file, which is easily imported into any version of Outlook (Mac or Windows).
