I love this app and it is BY FAR the best out there for accessing company email, calendar and your company's global address list (GAL). I have only 2 complaints - 1) need better calendar support (i.e. Meeting reminders for Exchange 2003 and edit rights to your appointments) and 2) which is likely just a bug - if you have subfolders, fir example, under your inbox, you will not be able to see any emails in your inbox. If you move your subfolders up a level so that they're on the same hierarchical level as your inbox, you'll be able to see all emails perfectly fine in all your folders. For some reason this app does not like subfolders. :( If those 2 issues are resolved, this is the perfect app!!! One more quick note - for those of you upset that you can't modify contacts- you're not supposed to be able to do that. Your contacts are intended to be a search of your company's GAL - you can't modify the GAL, period, regardless of where you're accessing it from. It's a lookup feature, just as you would use normally from your office computer when sending emails, scheduling meetings, etc. You look up the contact, then add to your email or meeting. It's also great for looking up phone numbers if your company has included phone numbers in their GAL. Great app!!! Keep fixing the little issues and this will be a big win!!

Short review - after update app crashes when you try to use "reply all." It also crashes after you search for an item in an email folder and then click on it. Some meetings you can edit after sending, some you can't (haven't figured out that pattern yet). And side note (not the "fault" of the app but I have noticed it and it makes the app pretty useless for me, personally) if you manage meetings for someone else (you get their calendar's invites and can accept for them) you aren't able to do that through this app. I have notified Support about all of these issues. Until they are fixed this is a pretty useless app. Can't recommend.Previous Review: (*this issue has been fixed**) I had just downloaded this app a few days before the Apple iOS 8 update and was excited about it - seemed to work great - but now every time I want to do anything - get mail, send mail, etc. - it asks for my password. Not only that, but each time it does, I type it in, it says "changing password," it comes back as "incorrect password," I re-type the same password, it says "changing password," and then I'm in. (Let me answer the question you are thinking - yes, I am typing my password correctly each time and I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app.) I sent an email to the developers and when this issue is fixed then I will use the app and come back and update my review. Until then - no good.

I'm leaving my original reviews below but would like to update by saying the developer has finally fixed issues with crashing upon performing searches; which essentially rendered app useless. Somehow after an update bug is fixed. I must add that one of my co-workers uses this app as well, she has the same model iPhone as I do and same iOS version and she still experiences the issues I had before. But for me, this app is working perfectly once again.This is an updated review. I used to love this app for several reasons. Unfortunately about a year ago, it started crashing when searching emails and contacts, replying to messages, opening/attaching documents. Despite several emails to support, the issue has never been fixed and it's making the app unusable. I just sent another email to support and their reply was "We hope to have this issue fixed eventually". Thats a less than ideal and desirable reply, especially for an app that costs $5. I'm not sure why apple and/or the developer still have this app in the app store. Don't waste your time and your patience with this.

There have been some great improvements since I downloaded this app. I think it is the best one available to access my Outlook email from my iPhone without connecting via Safari! And without getting a company issued phone controlled by "big brother." I love that I can distinguish between my Outlook contacts vs my iPhone contacts. I also like the password protection and having all my subfolders available! Some added features that would be nice for future updates would be to be able to access my personal address book in Outlook or my own 'contacts' that are in Outlook, aside from the global server contacts. I'd also like to be able to forward emails with attachments and have the attachment forward along with the email. I notice a PDF file does not forward properly. If this could give push alerts when I receive an email that would be the bomb! But I don't think push alerts are possible.iKonic has also been quick to respond whenever I have had problems, walking me through manual updates. Again a push update would be nice in some cases but overall this app makes me very happy!

I purchase this app 2 weeks ago, and had nothing but trouble. The first time I opened Outlook+ 3.0.1 it crashed, and crashed and crashed, and crashed again. I emailed ikonicapps support, and after three days I got a reply saying they would forward my iPhones diagnostic report to their techs. That was over a week ago, and still nothing. I received an update for Outlook+ 3.0.2, and after installing it everything look fine, but after a few hours it started crashing again. It is not crashing as much since the update, but it still crashes enough that its not worth using. It seems like I should have received a refund, but they didn't reply when I requested one. I'm thinking about getting into making apps because they don't have to work to sell them. You can create it, sell it, and profit of something that really never worked. I have now lost confidence in buying apps, and cannot trust they will work so why waste my money. To be honest this is the first problem I've had with an app, but not being offered a refund has left me feeling they took advantage of me. Don't waste your money on this app, but hopefully they will fix this, and I can retract my review. It stinks because the little I did use Outlook+ it really seemed to be really cool app, and pulled exchange stuff.

This application is absolutely awesome. Every major function works perfectly their recent update fixed a lot of bugs. However the only thing that I found this application does not do it doesn't allow you to purge your deleted items. I still have to go back to my regular Outlook and delete anything in the deleted items. But if that's all I have to do then I can live with that. Again this application is. Excellent it does what it says it can do and has made my life so much easier it's one of the only applications I have found that works with my corporate email perfectly. Other applications work but have to many bugs also this is the only one I have found that allows you to search your global directory, you can see everything in your calendar and gives you enough room to see all the details in the calendar events. Thank you for making my life easier and making such a great app!!!
