Problem with this app
Now that this latest update fixed the issue with it not showing our activity, this is a good app. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars now is because the app looks very basic. I’m not looking for it to be fancy and have all the bells and whistles but just looking for a little something. But it does do its job.

I have had this app for a solid 4 months and it did the job well, even with the bugs occasionally. Now, as of this last week of July everything I have worked for disappeared. No account, I’m told my email is not connected to an account and when I recreated my same user information I’m told my phone number is linked to an account but yet I can’t seem to get to it. Using the helpline number, I spent well over an hour trying to contact a representative or tech member to help me, no such luck. I was even the first in the queue. I really am hoping this is fixed, I can’t redeem points, see anything deals or anything with the app until the issue is dealt with. Hopefully not too many others experience this issue...

Network fix update didn’t fix it
Still can’t sign in on the app or the website
Even after getting a new phone and installing the newest app version is still doesn’t work properly. I’ve even signed out and back in. It has not showed any fuel activity for my account since December even though I go to the gas station each week. I can’t even be sure if it’s really giving me my bonus points when I reach 5 visits a month because the app isn’t keeping track of anything.
