Founded at the end of 2020, Mama Hieu’s was inspired by a family favorite recipe passed down from our mother, whose love of cooking and dedication to sharing Vietnamese flavors has become our guiding mission. We’re proud to be the first Vietnamese fried chicken joint in Little Saigon—serving up garlic butter wings and other unique dishes infused with authentic spices and traditional Vietnamese techniques.
