Team leaders can login to view trip details and team members and automatically have their team data saved for offline viewing in the field so that emergency contacts, allergy information, important travel numbers/info are always available.

Great hub of information

Really easy to use interface. Makes sense to use and easier to get notifications for messages

Not great for multiple participants

We have used this app for several years. It’s good for managing the amount of money given to a trip but it’s not very easy to use with more than one participant. They should put the participant’s name at the top of every page because it’s easy to forget who you are looking at and then you have to go all the way back out and start over to be sure you’re on the right page. Overall just not great for a family with more than one student on the same trip.
