ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus iPhone app empowers users with mobile password management to reset their forgotten passwords and unlock their Windows Active Directory accounts securely from their iPhones with utmost ease. Unable to connect to the server

The app is very easy to use and manage but doesn’t work when it needs to.

Absolute garbage

This app is such a pain a use. It is so slow, everything takes forever to load if it even loads. The app constantly times outs or just fails to do what lever it is you’re trying to do. It’s also incredibly annoying that you can’t copy and paste a password into the app when doing a password reset. I use passwords from a password keeper but since I can’t copy and paste them into the app for a reset it leaves me no other choice but to use a weak password. The app also looks like something from ios4, it’s a joke.

Works mostly

Works to unlock a locked account. Tried to setup push notifications but get message about miss matched version with server. Checked iOS app version and server are both in latest. Either an incorrect error message or a version is not released yet.
