Glitches hard

There are so many glitches in this game. And every single glitch causes you to lose something. Be it a move/turn, power up, or the entire game and a life. There have been many instances where I’ve won the game but it won’t unlock the next level so I have to replay and it takes a life. To make matters worse, the newest update increased the number of ads you see. An ad between each game whether you win or lose. Even if you choose to restart the game seconds after beginning, there’s an ad. The concept is great and fun to play… if things go right which rarely happens. Edit to add it’s wildly unfair that the AI opponent gets power-ups for every game but us as players don’t. I get stuck way too often because of this. Getting stuck kills the desire to keep playing.

This is literally my first review on an app, I usually never write reviews because I see no point in it. However this game is so bad that I had to write one. Everything about this game is upsetting. The idea of power-ups in a game is pretty standard but when you give almost every single npc the ability to wipe a spot on the player’s board, the game becomes extremely boring. Maybe giving a boss battle a power-up makes sense but when it’s the majority of battles it makes the game dull. The art style is an eyesore, it looks like the most generic clip art ever. The animations on the npcs are atrocious and make me want to grab forks to rip my eyes out of their sockets. There’s also ads that play after every single level, which is starting to become a mobile game standard so it’s nothing new but it’s upsetting nonetheless. The fact that there’s micro-transactions on this app is baffling, like genuinely I can’t see how anyone would want to pay to get rid of ads or to buy power-ups for this app. I only touch this app to get coins for webtoons, other than that I don’t see any reason why someone would want to download this “game”. This app only exists to prey on the user, they just want to profit off of the player and don’t offer any real entertainment in exchange for your time. Not worth the download, not worth your time.

Stole my money

I purchased tools within the game with my own money. All of a sudden I get on the game and all of my purchases are gone and have been not been restored. I emailed their support team over 7 days ago & got no reply. It’s super frustrating. Why am I paying for something if it’s just going to be taken away? Update: They never resolved my issue or gave me my money back. They finally replied to my email after I left this review. Tried to issue me 30 gems as compensation. Mind you it cost 120 gems just to replace the items stolen from me in the game. Items I bought with my own REAL money. Poor customer service, poor response time & poor game overall. DO NOT GIVE THIS GAME ANY OF YOUR MONEY. Their fraudulent.
