Manfred is a lightweight and efficient Mastodon client designed to offer a smooth and streamlined experience across all your Apple devices.
Current Features:

• Opinionated multi-column layout (macOS & iPadOS)
• View notifications and bookmarks (Push notifications coming soon)

Manfred focuses on getting the essentials right — no fluff, just a clean and functional Mastodon experience. It’s still in active development, and more features are just around the corner.

What’s new in this version:
• Enhanced content sharing: Easily share posts directly from your timeline.
• Pinned posts now appear on profile views.
• Improved emoji picker: Selected text in a post is now pre-filled as a filter when adding custom emojis.
• Fixed: Selection handles no longer disappear when dragged in the post screen.
Ratings and Reviews
It’s ok …
it’s a functional , stable app with the basic features down and not a whole lot else. Would love to see auto play gifs and videos. Quote posting and other features.
Barebones but stable.
It does all the normal things well & has a clean, functional & sensible UI.
Some features I would like to see:
- notifications ( none so far)
- browse posts on other people's timelines. ( you only see their "about" page unless I'm missing something)
- quote posts
-change font (not necessary but good for accessibility)
