Mango Voice 4+

Other VOIP systems have a much better, all encompassing app. I have no recent phone calls showing on the app and no voicemails from our number. Very frustrating because I would like to use this app for a future remote employee but it’s not intuitive at all and I have spoken to support several times about it with no conclusion or solutions. They need to focus on fixing these bugs and getting this app to work ASAP or I will have to look into a new phone system.

This whole idea of this app is awesome. Being able to dial clients from anywhere with the office number is essential in my business. When it works, it’s great thought he interface looks very dated but it’s essentially a new app. The main let down for me is that 10-20% of the calls made won’t go through. I have spent hours on the phone with tech support and it’s improved a little but still happens every day. Each time it’s the same drill, change a setting reboot, turn off WiFi reboot, update network settings reboot, send us a log, reinstall App, what version installed, oh it must be a carrier issue. What carrier does your clients use? The techs often sound exhausted, it gets a little better each time and I think they honestly want to get it fixed but it’s really wearing my patience thin. And for the love of God please stop asking how the call was after every single call. Some of use have to make 15 or more calls and it’s more than annoying to have to clear that question every time.

Mango Voice is an amazing, feature rich, and easy to use phone system that can be easily customized to do almost anything. Now, with this redesigned app, I can receive calls from the queue, ring group or my extension, on my mobile phone. I can check my voicemail and even see the transcription in the app. The calls (either direction) from my desktop phone or the app show up in a slick call log and calls on my mobile integrate into the iPhone call log, making it easy for me to keep up with calls. I give two thumbs up to the developers and everyone that is involved in making this app. With each update, major improvements are made. I like seeing apps with active development. Great job Mango Voice. You make it obvious that you really care about your customers and the experience they have.
