Outbound calls

I frequently cannot make outbound calls. I’ve been more successful using Google Voice.

Poor Customer Service

I transferred my numbers from Vonage to them. The agent first promissed verbally that my fax device would work fine with their system with no added fee. I signed the contract without looking into details. Now, the fax is not working and they want to charge me extra for a new fax adapter which is compatible with their system.
Make sure at the time of contract, that you don’t rely on what the agent says , they easily write down something else in the contract.
My agent’s name was Aspen.

Flawless functionality

Great app to help separate my personal line from my business line. I’ve been giving out my cell phone number for far too long. So this app has been a huge relief to me.
