Mansion of Puzzles - Escape 4+

Game is fun - puzzles go from super easy to super difficult, but thankfully you have the option to skip a level once you watch an ad.

I would have given this 5 stars, but the banner ads at the bottom of the screen sometimes hide important elements (like level 41, plus another prior level but I forget the number). Anyway - they need to either make the ad banner smaller, or not put needed elements behind the banner.

This would be a fun puzzle game except for the glitches. The ad banner at the bottom hides items and when you click areas towards the bottom, it acknowledges the click elsewhere on the screen instead. Very frustrating. I thought I could push through those issues but it hangs you up too much for the particular levels to be fun. On one level, you have to find badges/emblems, I found all but one and clicked every inch of the entire screen (besides the bottom where the clicks glitch) and could not find it. I closed the app completely, went back in and then all of them were there to find. Sorry but cannot continue playing.

I was PLEASANTLY surprised by the simplicity of many of the levels. Some of the puzzles took a little more time than others, but each and every one was solvable without a tutorial (though I was tempted several times). By the end, I was really enjoying myself. And honestly, it helped me to stop overthinking puzzle solving, because often the solution is simpler than we expect.
