Fantastic app for local history and community awareness
This app helps scratch my history itch by addressing two things no other app or historical tool does. It fills a void in my historical knowledge of important occurrences by providing spatial contextualization. It is nice to see exactly where things happened and how their geographical position is important to the grander story. This app also makes it easy to learn about things that don’t make it in history books or classrooms, such as neat historical buildings from early settlers near where I live.

Fun tool to use for looking at local historical sites and events. There is definitely something to on here learn about your area or a place you plan to travel to.
