Marble offers a new approach to dating that encourages members to put down their phones and meet in real life. We are a private community where people connect by inviting one another to reservations at restaurants and cocktail bars. Marble members set a date with someone first and message later, streamlining the dating process and providing for a more direct, fun and efficient experience. Plus, members can bond over cuisine, ambiance, and places they enjoy. Nobody wants a pen pal. People are done wasting time and energy on swiping, matching, and engaging in pointless back and forth leading nowhere. Marble is transforming the way people date.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
1. Book a reservation for 2, share it with the community and find someone to join you OR
2. Browse dates created by other members and join them on their reservation
3. Access the chat once the date is set
MARBLE’S DIFFERENTIATORS:
* Plan your date before chatting
* Requires reservations at restaurants or cocktail bars
* Maximum of 3 dates simultaneously
MARBLE’S UNIQUE FEATURES:
* Map Feature: Explore the map for dates created by other Marble members and ask to join them on their reservation
* Easy Date Creation: Just copy and paste your reservation confirmation link from the booking platform, select whether the date will be food or drinks, select who’s paying, and add an optional date description
* Maximum of 3 Dates Simultaneously: Focus on just a few people at once and avoid becoming overwhelmed
* Timed Invites/Requests: Respond to invites to join someone’s date or requests to join your date within 24 hours, that way no one is left hanging
* Chat Feature: Access the chat only once the date is set with another Marble member
* Date Confirmation: Members are prompted to confirm they’re going 24 hours before the date
* Date Cancellation: Members have the ability to cancel a date in the app for any reason, so long as it is at least 2 hours prior to the time of the reservation
* Notifications Tab: View all your notifications in one place
APPLICATION AND SUBSCRIPTION INFO
Prospective members may download the app and submit an application. Once submitted, applications are placed in a queue and reviewed continually. Applications can be accepted at any time. Once accepted, members have the option to purchase a 1, 3, or 6 month auto-renewing membership and will have full functionality of the entire service while their subscription is active. Below are the subscription tiers:
Basic Subscription
1 month: $15.00/month
3 months: $10.00/month
6 months: $7.50/month
Premium Subscription
1 month: $30.00/month
3 months: $20.00/month
6 months: $15.00/month
Marble’s community values – trust, respect, and privacy – are core to the membership experience. Members who act in a manner that is not reflective of these values and other community guidelines may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
Initial payment is charged via iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase and auto-renewals are charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the applicable period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time through iTunes Account Settings. Any subscription cancellation will be effective at the end of the applicable period.

Awesome Idea, Beautifully Designed UX, Simple and Effortless

This idea for a dating app that skips the small talk and filler convo and guarantees that you will be having dinner or grabbing drinks with people that you like and seem interesting to you in your area is genius. I downloaded the app to see what all the hype was about and it’s real! The UI/UX is as good as if not better than the Hinge and Rayas of the world. But the difference here is it allows you to take control of your own destiny and reap the results. You book a reservation at a place you know you like or think will be a good time and you put it out there for people to see and others request to join your dinner / drinks. It’s a win win for everyone involved. Just downloaded 1 month ago and have already had two great dates. I can’t wait to see how this app takes off because it has all the potential in the world.

This app is incredible because it gets rid of the biggest problem with dating - the small talk before a date that never leads to meeting in person. By setting the date first, it leads to so many more in person dates & less time wasted talking beforehand. The future of dating is here!

I had this app and been on maybe 2-3 dates on it. After checking on this app again, I noticed that my “free trial” had ended and in order to continue being on the app, I have to subscribe to a subscription service. A subscription service to see where other users have booked reservations and vice versa. No thank you. I never even gotten an email or a notification on the app that my trial was coming to an end. Horrible business model. I deleted the app after. To the developers: good luck to you and the influencers you hired to mislead people.

Amazing concept, however… I’m 32F in NYC so I can’t speak for other markets, but I was on the app for almost 2 weeks and didn’t speak to a single soul whether I agreed to the date or wanted to reschedule. Looked up some of the guys on Instagram and they are micro influencers. I’ve dated in this area my whole life so I’m pretty sure I’m right. I’ve received 300 likes on Coffee Meets Bagel in that time to scale. It’s a great concept, but it’s definitely hard to get people on newer apps as opposed to what’s popular (Tinder, Hinge and Bumble mainly). I wish the app the best but I had to delete.
