FOR ANYONE WHO CANT LOGIN

So I had this issue too and upon emailing support, they provided me the correct way to login. When you first input your information, press login. It may look like it’s not loading but it is. Do NOT press the login button twice or it won’t work.

Worked well for a while, now I can’t access it.

The app was supper convenient, but then one day I got logged out and cannot log back in. The Captcha identification always states that it was entered wrong. In order to login you have to click “I am not a robot,” however doing so results in a message stating you could not be logged in.

It’s mildly frustrating and I’m not sure why this hasn’t been fixed. I have deleted and re-downloaded it several times and the same result is present.

Does not let me log in after a year

Reset my password 2 times triple checked my Meid and I absolutely cannot log in. Every. Single. Time I’ve tried to log in for months over a year it says security captcha is wrong??! All I did was click a button and it checked it off saying it was good for the captcha every time it doesn’t work. I can log in on my computer no problem though. Fix your app this is absolutely pathetic how I’ve had this problem for this long and nothing has been done
