This app is very handy...but its performance is inconsistent. After downloading the app, it will work for awhile and then it will not allow the entering of user name and password. After deleting and installing it again, it works and then quits again requiring the same deleting n and reinstallation. The most recent app download lasted exactly one time. I like the app but you have a major bug!
And then locks my online access account presumably from trying to connect unsuccessfully while it is hung- ultimately forcing me to call the bank during banking hours since there isn’t 24 hour support....to get it reset. The timing seems related to phone os updates. Maybe they don’t have error handling built in. It is a rudimentary app and they need to invest in some basic mobile app developers that can keep it running. I don’t have any other applications that crash like this and certainly none that lock me out of my online financial accounts despite having 2FA and recovery methods set up. Untrustworthy app.
Loved until recent update
Since the last update, the app will not load on my iPhone. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, but that did not help. I rely heavily on the mobile app, so this is a major setback for me.
