Non updates zero app support

Unless you are using an outdated phone there is Zero support for the application after a certain IOS iteration. Using an up to date Iphone I was fortunate to still have an old model lying around in a drawer. If you do not or are not inclined to purchase a 4 year old Iphone do not purchase the associated products with this application. Incredibly disappointing.

Not working iphone 13 pro

Please update. When you click on Video, or any other bottom button, the screen flashes but does not change. Impossible to work reliably
