Life saving push notifications ♥️

While it’s nice to have a bookmark of all the county websites under one roof, the relevant push notifications this app provides are where it’s at. Storm updates appear to come through as soon as the NWS releases them. This is very helpful if you aren’t around at TV or out of state when a storm comes through.

Suggestions to reach 5 stars: Either make the large county logo more transparent on the home screen or remove it all together. This will make the text under the smaller logos easier to read. I would love to have the option of receiving push notifications of upcoming events and announcements that appear on the town signs throughout the county. I’m never at a stop light long enough to read all the announcements and not all of the events are included on the county’s tourism website. This app would be a great place to include them and send out notifications to raise awareness for those who don’t have social media. Plus I won’t be distracted at a stop light trying to read a low resolution sign.
