Help me please

I have been playing this game for the last year and half and I’ve been loving it, however I just got a glitched character today and it’s really bothering me because it wasted 7 refine steel. If there’s any way I could speak to a developer of the game and show them I would greatly appreciate it.

Greatest DB game ever developed mechanics are great and just reminds me of Ultimate team. Grind to get a good team. Addicting game
