Martin’s 12+

Thank you for offering groceries to go. I started using the service when my mom moved in with us from the nursing home and I had no time nor could I leave her to go shopping. She is no longer with us, but I have had a knee replacement and not able to sh for groceries. I greatly appreciate this service! A special shout out to Plymouth store-you are the greatest!

I have been using this app for YEARS. These past couple months there have been so many issues. 1) I cannot use any saved payment, my cards are declined as invalid. However, I can put in those exact same cards again manually and they go through. 2) If my order does go through, I can’t tell. I get an error that the CVV is incorrect. Or I can an error that I must enter all required fields. 3) If my order does go through, my cart doesn’t clear. I only know my order has gone through because an email is send from Freshop that the order was placed. I have, for so many years, used the one click check out and it was a breeze. 4) It randomly changed my store location to a location out of town that I have never used. Checking out with this app has been frustrating for months. I have started ordering from another grocery store to avoid this app, although I have paid for the annual membership! I work full time, 3 kids in three different schools, all in extracurricular activities. As a single mother I rely on pickup services. I love Martins. Please fix!

This app could some big improvements. My three biggest gripes are:

1.) showing up-to-date inventory at the store. EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a call about the store not having an item and I have to reselect. This is quite literally the only retail app that I use that seems unable to properly show what is sold in the store or list how much inventory they have left.
2.) not being able to look at past orders and reorder items. Again, this is the only retail app that I use that is unable to do this.
3.) If you submit an order to on Saturday to be picked up on Sunday, they will not honor any of the prices. My god, just honor the prices or don’t allow the option to submit an order for the next day.
