IMPORTANT: This app provides eligible Mastercard cardholders with the ability to locate airport lounges and offers. If you are an eligible member of this program, your Mastercard issuer should provide you with information related to accessing the program. Please contact your issuer for questions regarding eligibility.
To verify your eligibility, after registration you may see a temporary charge of $1.00 (USD) in your payment card transaction history. This is solely a “pending” transaction and your card will NOT be charged. After your eligibility is verified, the pending amount will be removed (usually within 10 business days).
This easy-to-use mobile app, developed by LoungeKey, is designed to enrich the time that Mastercard cardholders spend at the airport. The app enables cardholders to explore more than 1000 airport lounges from around the world as well as hundreds of curated airport offers.

- Find offers available to you based on the terminal where you are located
- See detailed offer information (i.e., location of the merchant, hours of operation, and terms and conditions)
- Generate a QR offer code for redemption of the offer

Easily manage your account information, view lounge visit history, and access active and historical offers.

Last update screwed everything up.
Today update (Jan 21) made the app almost unusable, most of the lounges don’t appear listed in the app, nearest airport feature doesn’t work.

Terrible
Very misleading. I started this as an offer from HSBC for 2 visits with a guest each time. Well, they took both visits when I was only there once with my wife, then charged me for my children but didn’t say anything until I saw the bill on my credit card. This was deliberately misleading by HSBC and Lounge Key. Very unprofessional. Even when I called Lounge Key to see if this could be resolved, I’ll I got was “sorry but there’s nothing we can do”. I won’t ever use this service again. They’re not trustworthy.
App might be good but product is a scam
Doesn’t work/exist in the real world. Certain banks use it to falsely advertise & Mastercard to falsely lure consumers. Can confirm.
So this is what happens:
1) Get lured & get the card
2) Call bank to get this activated; they redirect you to Mastercard.
3) Mastercard says we have no idea, call your bank.
4) Bank asks you to reach back to Mastercard & you’re stuck in a loop.
Classic case of a redirection scam.
Now, that said, you are probably better off getting an Amex since in my experience they are much more reliable for lounge access, other travel benefits & have much superior customer service than Mastercard(even World Elite MasterCards are pretty bad), should such an issue ever arise.
