Excellent tool to implement healthy habits

This app is based on the information from Frank Lipman’s book How to Be Well. I read the book when it was first published and thought, I should be doing this and I should be doing that. But, life gets busy and implementation falls by the wayside. This app makes implementation easy. You get to select which habits you’d like to work on. The app can prompt reminders. Because I want to reach the point goal, I do the simple behaviors (like getting sunlight first thing in the morning). These tasks, day by day, task by task will make me healthier.

Dr. Lipman does it again!

Been following Frank Lipman's work for a number of years now - common sense, easy to follow advice that is based in functional medicine, of which I am a true believer. This app is one of the best overall wellness apps I have seen. Easy to use, practical, down to earth motivation towards your health goals - which you can determine for yourself, instead of having them dictated to you. This app is worth its weight in gold.

Great app!

I have been using this for about 3 weeks now and I’m really pleased with it. It’s user friendly, especially after a couple of updates, and I really love how it holds you accountable for your own health.
