Poor Design

I downloaded this in the hope that there would be a real time tracker and a map of available routes. The only option I found was the trip planner which didn’t even work. I’d like to see an update that allows the user more control.

Scam

Would give 0 stars if I could. Barcodes won’t scan on the bus sometimes no matter that I do. Now after using the app for years I’m being told if it won’t scan I have to pay a different way. Screw that I’m not paying twice. Not worth using.

Pretty much useless 😂

None of the features even work. If you are looking to gain anything from this app, don’t waste your time getting it all set up.
