The games are extremely engaging and fun, allowing children and adults to play and compete with each other. Stage 1 of each sport is suitable for most players while the final stages will challenge anyone to use their mental strategies to finish.

Suitable from age five and up, DMTI Fact Fluency with sports – Addition and Subtraction Edition 5+ gives learners the opportunity to become more fluent with adding and subtracting.

DMTI uses realistic sport scores and times to engage players in practicing their facts. Players can try the stages over and over to get a better time as they learn different ways to improve.

Each sport provides a different challenge. Soccer, hockey and baseball provide smaller numbers while football, basketball, bowling and darts provide double and triple-digit numbers. Golf uses single and double-digit integers. Finally, running, swimming, and drag racing allow the user to practice facts with decimals.

Great game, helps develop strategies and fluency

I have 4 children and we’ve tried numerous math games, which are often fluff. When we found Math Fluency with Sports, we were excited to find out it was developed by a leading math education expert and researcher.

The difference in learning and retaining the fluency and strategy is massive. It’s challenging and extremely fun to compete as a family - parents and kids of all ages!

Looking forward to playing more and helping my kids excel in math!

Fun & Helpful Math Game

Not only is this game fun to play, but it really helps improve math skills! It is amazing that this game was developed by a professional in math education. The variety of sports plus the leaderboard makes the game fun and competitive to play. You can see how you improve from practicing. The different types of addition and subtraction problems increase the learning from this game.

This app is awesome because it incorporates true sports scores directly into math practice! My son loves sports so this makes this math practice super fun for him! The graphics and colors are awesome and help keep you engaged. Nice job!! This one is a keeper.
