Not for everyone
If there is no female in the house they will not clean your home. I submitting the application and waited a whole week for them. When the driver arrives with the maid, they call and ask if there is a “Madam” in the house. When I said no they said that they have to cancel the service. The terms & conditions are not clear with this regard. There’s just a small statement at the end:
“Matic abides by the local laws of the country that you live in. For example, If you live in a country that requires servicing only families with the presence of an adult female individual (Age 18 and older) during the cleaning session, you will need to make the arrangements from your side. Otherwise, the cancellation policy will apply.”
It says “IF you live in a country that requires servicing only families” not specifying Saudi Arabia and very vague.

Waiting for the maids who were late for more than hour and a half, then called the company since they did not show up. I was told that the visit is cancelled even though that I provided the whole address the night before and provided it to the driver who called early in the morning. No one called me to tell about the cancelation. When complained, I was told the management will get back to me in 48 hrs, I don't need the service in 48 hrs.
انتظرت العاملات الي تأخروا اكثر من ساعه ونص ولما اتصلت استفسر عن التاخير قالوا تكنسلت الزياره مع اني موفره عنوان كامل الليله الي قبلها والسواق متصل الصباح يقول جايين وحطيت له العنوان. محد كلمني ابدا بخصوص الالغاء وجالسه انتظر ومعطله نفسي من غير فايده ولما اتصلت اشتكي قالوا ترد لك الاداره خلال ٤٨ ساعه، انا مو محتاجه الخدمه اصلا بعد هالوقت ، مافي اي احترام للعميل والتجربه كلها بالنسبه لي اسوأ من سيئه.

I’ve had few good visits with them. However, today was really bad. As matter of fact, one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Get this: when you book an appointment, make to agree that there is an hour of window between the appointment! This means expect to receive a call one hour earlier or after your ACTUAL appointment.
So the driver called me 40 minutes of the appointment and he told me I’m outside, I was surprised and left work in a hurry. When I reach to hope I found out that he left without letting me know. Not answering his phone and to make the matter worse: they charge my credit card.
To be fair they might be good, but the disrespectful and not refunding the amount, plus the hour of window thing made me to just delete the app and look for someone else who provide a better experience.
