Remind:

After you finish using the NTFS disk, please do not unplug the USB device directly. Please click the eject button in the App to safely eject. Otherwise, the status of the disk may become dirty, and the last written file may not be saved.

works fine!

i was having an issue before the team of developers helps me in setting up the app. but after that the app helps me to copy files using NTFS format! worthy buying if you have a difficutlty of copying items from your mac to external hard disk.

App does not work

Purchased this app and unable to open an NTFS formatted drive. It gives an error whenever i try to mount the drive. I am able to open the drive in other applications that handles NTFS just fine, this is the only one that does not work.
I have tried the app support and its landing page has an appache error. There is no option in the app to get support nor is there any contact details to get assistance. I am posting this here in hopes that the app developper will see this message and respond. If they do, I will review my post here, if not, you will only see this message.

Got this app few years ago,As I few times reinstalled MacOs (because of OpenCore-Patcher) and even changed my Apple ID so several times emailed support and every time got help just in few minutes. 👍👍👍
